Sí means Yes.
The strongest affirmation. A word with the power to transform it all. My identity by choice.

Learning to throw on the wheel with less fingers than others, inspired a lot of thoughts and feelings about what’s said to be possible or impossible.

By challenging these preconceptions of normality,
I began to imagine a world where difference is not corrected, softened, or erased, but seen, explored, and celebrated.

This is the world I am shaping, one piece at a time. So we may learn to see asymmetry, in ourselves and in others, with gentle eyes.

Currently, the pieces are created in a shared studio in Poblenou, Barcelona.
At sunset, as a ray of light reaches the wheel, forms begin to emerge within careful hands. It is only then, that I find my place in the world, and the atelier becomes my home.

Core Beliefs.

  • Process.

    Process above outcome. Process as a prayer and a compass. Hands think. Clay speaks. I shape. I am shaped by it.

  • Asymmetry.

    Perfect or imperfect? How boring. I refuse to define anything by that binomy. What lives in between? I embrace it, cultivating new ways of seeing.

  • Truth.

    I say it out loud. Without fear. By being reckless in the process of creating, I challenge preconceived notions of what’s possible.

  • Craftsmanship.

    I believe work well done makes a difference. Expert hands at the wheel, create with curiosity and respect. I do what others say I couldn’t, so that more of us can.

  • Vulnerability.

    There is strength in softness. There is power in the visible scar. Without hiding or apologising, I wear my differences with pride to create a new world.
